Continuous interpretation of quality-relevant process parameters and calculation of recommendations for quality optimization
Despite the most stable possible establishment of manufacturing processes, rejects occur time and again in production. Due to the complexity of the process interrelationships and the high number of possible influencing parameters, even process experts usually have difficulty in deriving measures to ensure process and thus product quality.
SCRAITEC is used to learn the complex relationships between process parameters and exogenous influencing factors – such as ambient temperatures – and to proactively alert the process expert to impending quality losses by analyzing the process data in real time. The system calculates the process parameters to which the quality losses are attributable and how these must be adjusted in order to regain the defined product quality.
